step 1: Project Evaluation
After we receive your customization request, we will conduct an internal assessment to determine if all parameters can be implemented.
step 2: simulation design
Once we deem the project feasible, our engineers will start the antenna simulation design on professional HFSS software. The required time varies depending on the difficulty of the antenna design.
Step 3: handmake a prototype
After the simulation design is successful, we will make a prototype for testing various performance aspects.
step 4: test prototype
After the prototype is completed, we will place it in a professional microwave chamber for comprehensive testing, including radiation pattern, gain, VSWR, efficiency, etc.
step 5: make samples
If the prototype test fails, we will continue with the above steps. If the prototype test passes, we will start making samples for your testing.
Step 6: packing and delivery
After the samples are produced, we will label them, clean them, pack them in a carton, and then ship them out by Express.
